It is clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient for my purposes. The staff is very attentive and the rate was great! My wife accidentally left an expensive ring in the room when we checked out.The Mgr called me so I could go back and pick it up. Honesty

Very clean room, well except for the bugs that had to be killed off that must've got in upon housekeeping prior to arrival. Shower had hot water unlike prior reviews that complained of its lack.

The cleanliness of our room # 18 and the cleanliness of the outside. The beds were Very Comfortable. Having a refrigerator & microwave were very much appreciated. The owner was Amazing and helpful.

The staff was extra friendly. The price was great. It was clean, beds were comfortable. Not fancy nor a lot of frills, good old fashioned motel remodeled. A little piece of Americana! Regency Inn, the Griswold family would be proud!

It appears the rooms have recent been remodeled. Room was fresh and clean, beds were comfortable. Good location and a great value. There is a seafood restaurant 2 blocks away, try the catfish.

No breakfast available. Location was away from Searcy which was our real destination but Homecoming weekend at Searcy made staying in Searcy difficult. The beds were fine and the room was clean and quiet.
